 Mr. Rick Otton is  A Property Investment Strategist from Australia. From a student who learnt about kinesics and subliminal communication techniques, he became a renowned property advisor. He began as a teenager who tried to relate the uniqueness of human behavior to different occupations. 

He is well known for the way he teaches people. Rick's style is humorous and it has proven to be very effective. His common belief is that when you make people laugh, they tend to want to learn. Having gotten motivated by the 'savings and loan' crisis at that time, he put the strategies he learned about when he was younger into serious practice. Thankfully, his efforts yielded great results in his new venture. Between 1991 and 1992, he had bought over 70 properties. He buys cheap properties and turns them into sources of passive income. With his effective strategies of high rewards and low risk, he acquired many properties at low prices and eventually, made a fortune out of them. 

He shared these strategies in his podcasts and books. There have been several testimonies of people who have been enlightened by Rick's podcasts. Apart from teaching people about real estate investment and sales, Rick also talks about how people can convince others effectively.
